Convergence Incubator
Inviting All Entrepreneurs
June 5th, 2022 -November 16th, 2022
In partnership with Hope Ventures and TapestryLA Church, we are inviting entrepreneurs from South Los Angeles to participate in a 6-month Convergence Incubator, designed to help participants either launch or scale their businesses.Each entrepreneur will be paired with a mentor. The mentor will guide the entrepreneur through each step of the incubator giving 1:1 attention and support for each workshop and class.Entrepreneurs who have completed the program will receive grants that can be used as seed money toward their businesses.

Convergence Incubator is led by Fortune 500 professionals and business owners who attend TapestryLA church. They bring a wealth of experience and skills that will be shared with entrepreneurs. The value of this course is $3,000. Entrepreneurs will receive the following value from Convergence:

The cost for entrepreneurs to participate is $150.
The rest of the Convergence fee will be subsidized by TapestryLA Church.

What do I get by joining this incubator?

What is the time commitment for this incubator?
This is a 6-month incubator comprising of workshops, training courses, and networking events.We anticipate entrepreneurs to spend a minimum of 8 hours each month during the length of the incubator.
Where are we meeting?
Convergence incubator is a hybrid model.
We will be meeting 3x virtually on zoom and 1x in person per month in the 6-month incubator.
Can any entrepreneurs join the incubator?
Convergence welcomes all entrepreneurs who reside in South LA to join the incubator. There will be a vetting process to ensure that entrepreneurs can benefit from Convergence that will take place after registration.
What if I miss part of the incubator?
To get the full benefit of the incubator, full participation is necessary. If this cycle is not the ideal time to join our incubator, we recommend you join next year.
